Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Hobart, IN is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with a 1:7 on-call rotation and relocation assistance.

You will provide diagnostic and therapeutic GI care, perform endoscopic procedures, and collaborate with surgical and primary care teams to design integrated treatment plans while maintaining a sustainable work‑life balance in a tech-forward, HIMSS Stage VII environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration eligibility.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30; Hospital patients per day: 10-15.
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease.
• Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for integrated treatment plans.
