Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a full-time role in Hobart, IN. You will diagnose and treat GI and liver conditions, perform endoscopic procedures, and coordinate care with surgical and primary teams.

A flexible schedule and 1:7 call rotation support a sustainable work-life balance. Board certification or eligibility, an Indiana medical license with CSR/DEA registration, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30; hospital patients per day: 10-15.
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease.
• Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for integrated plans and timely screenings.
