Genie Matthews and Associates in Hobart, IN is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join a well-established practice. The role includes a mix of outpatient clinics and hospital duties with a 1:7 call rotation, enabling you to design a flexible, goal-oriented practice.

You will treat a broad range of GI and hepatobiliary disorders, perform endoscopic procedures, and coordinate care with surgical and primary care teams to support quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification within a defined timeframe.
• Possession of an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30.
• Hospital patients per day: 10-15.
• Maintain 1:7 call rotation.
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease.
• Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for integrated treatment plans.
