Job summary

SMG System Medical Group in Parkersburg, West Virginia is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our GI division. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient care within a flexible schedule and a comprehensive endoscopy program.

The team currently includes 2 GI providers and 3 APPs, with an endoscopy unit equipped with CO2, 190 series scopes and anesthesia support for all cases. This position offers 40 scheduled hours weekly and a dynamic practice environment.

Qualifications

• Currently have 2 GI providers & 3 APPs
• Flexible Schedule
• Endoscopy unit with CO2, 190 series scopes and anesthesia support for all cases
• Receive mid-level support for inpatient and outpatient services
• 4 endo days and 1 clinic day
• Average daily patient volume is 16-20
• Subject to change based upon need
