Job summary

The Boise VA Medical Center in Boise, Idaho, has an opening for an energetic, driven Gastroenterologist. This Board Eligible/Certified physician will care for Veterans with a focus on high-quality patient care and education.

Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient consultations and endoscopy; ERCP is desirable but not required. Teaching UW Boise Internal Medicine residents and medical students is part of the role, with research time available for interested candidates.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible Gastroenterologist required.
• Experience with inpatient/outpatient consultations and endoscopy desirable.
• ERCP experience not required but desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient consultations and inpatient/outpatient endoscopy.
• Provide high-quality patient care and continual process improvement.
• Teach University of Washington Boise Internal Medicine residents and medical students.
