Position Overview

Sturdy Health is seeking a full‑time Gastroenterologist to join our well‑established outpatient office in Attleboro, MA. The role requires direct patient care, endoscopic procedures, and collaboration with primary care and other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to the community, leveraging a strong PCP referral base.
• Utilize the state‑of‑the‑art endoscopy suite at Sturdy Memorial Hospital for procedures such as capsule endoscopy, hepatitis treatment, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, ERCP, and advanced endoscopic techniques.
• Maintain a patient‑centric mindset to deliver highest‑quality service.
• Collaborate with other gastroenterologists, primary care providers, and allied specialties.
• Participate in shared call coverage as required.
• Work a full‑time schedule that includes 36 patient‑facing hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher (BE/BC) in Gastroenterology.
• Interest and experience in endoscopy, liver assessments, colonoscopy, colorectal neoplasia, inherited GI disorders, functional bowel disorders, or celiac disease.
• Current medical license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain one promptly.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preference for candidates interested in full‑time employment.

Location

20 O’Neil Blvd, Attleboro, MA (approximately 25 minutes from Boston and 15 minutes from Providence).

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $196,992.72 – $313,150.49 (based on experience, plus productivity‑based incentives).
