Position Overview

Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Sturdy Medical Associates is seeking Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine physicians to join our well‑established primary‑care practices in Mansfield, North Attleboro, and Plainville—close to our community‑based hospital in Attleboro, MA. We are committed to providing the highest quality health care to patients of all ages with convenient office hours and easy highway access.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for a full spectrum of conditions from pediatrics to geriatrics, including procedures, injections, women’s health, MAT, OMT, etc.
• Utilize an existing patient base to develop longitudinal relationships with patients.
• Lead preventive medicine with a proactive, patient‑centric approach.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with medical surgical specialties.
• Grow professionally by learning from colleagues and contributing to the practice.

Schedule

Full‑time patient‑facing schedule: 32 hours per week. Part‑time or full‑time options available. Outpatient only. Shared call group (1:14).

Requirements

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or the ability to obtain one.
• Passion for primary care and patient‑centric service.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $196,992.72–$313,150.49. Compensation includes guaranteed base salary with productivity‑based incentives, signing bonus, professional liability insurance, 4 weeks PTO, 1 week continuing medical education (CME), 10 paid holidays, CME reimbursement stipend, licensure and DEA fees, retirement plans (pension, 403(b) with employer match, 457(b) deferred compensation), pet health insurance, free parking, medical and dependent care FSA, long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, and identity theft protection.
