Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field; CPA license.
• Progressively responsible assignments in public accounting; leadership of staff and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion.
• Research and apply GASB standards for client engagements.
• Assess engagement risk during planning and develop testing plans.
• Review staff work papers and financial statements for accuracy.
• Manage client relationships and communicate timelines and deliverables.
• Support practice growth via proposals, networking, and referrals.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals of $100,000 in new billings.
• Mentor staff and provide feedback on engagements.
• Present internal technical training to staff.
• Attend required CPE courses for professional development.
