Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking Project Managers of all levels for its Energy-Gas sector in California. The roles focus on managing utility pipeline projects from conception to completion, guiding the PM team, and ensuring delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance across Los Angeles, Santa Ana, Ontario.

Candidates should have gas industry PM experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering/Business/Construction Management, PMP preferred; hybrid work 3–4 days in Downtown LA, Santa Ana or Ontario; travel

Qualifications

• Gas utility pipeline project management experience
• Experience leading project teams and delivering pipeline projects from conception to completion
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
• Experience with contracts, change orders, and cost control
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Lead project activities, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success
• Manage the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts, change orders, and other documents.
• Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Track project expenditures, labor costs, and material expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project efficiency.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement quality assurance processes and controls to uphold standards and compliance.
• Monitor safety performance and adherence to protocols and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and foster positive relationships to promote collaboration.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
