Job summary

Centuri is seeking a Gas Utility Foreman to lead field crews, plan work, and ensure safe, on-time project execution across North America.

In this hands-on role you will coach crew members, oversee Dig Safe coordination with utilities, operate equipment as needed, and complete daily reports.

Candidates should have 1+ year in gas utility, blueprint reading, and leadership experience; a high school diploma is required; we offer strong benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year prior experience in gas utility industry.
• 1+ year prior experience reading plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements.
• 1+ year prior experience leading others.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safely and on time.
• Coach and train on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities.
• Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamwork.
• Accurately complete paperwork, reports, and status updates on time.
• Analyze and resolve work problems.
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
