Job summary

Centric Infrastructure Group is hiring a Crew Member to safely dig trenches, lay pipes, and install underground gas utility systems. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with the crew to meet project deadlines and high-quality standards across Texas job sites.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, transporting materials, and assisting with installation while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and utility markings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for underground construction.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely excavate around existing utilities with care.
• Load and transport dirt, gravel, and pipe as needed.
• Assist with installing utility lines according to plans.
• Read blueprints and site plans to determine digging locations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew to meet deadlines.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow Texas RRC, OSHA and safety guidelines; maintain a clean site.
