Job summary

Qualifications

Requires a general education knowledge normally from high school diploma or GED.
Communicates with internal/external customers to provide basic factual information.
Must obtain and maintain position Operator Qualifications (OQs) and related training.

Responsibilities

Perform basic, routine work using clearly prescribed procedures; seek guidance for deviations.
Assist in installation and maintenance of natural gas lines, meters and regulators.
May assist in conducting leakage surveys.
Complete and maintain accurate records to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
May hold stand-by duty, work shifts, holidays, weekends, or emergency call-outs.
Identify and report safety and encroachment issues; support safe working environment.
