Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of administrative experience. Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a pay range of $26 per hour, based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years prior administrative experience

Responsibilities

• Track project progress and documentation to ensure accuracy and completion
• Manage regional inventory, including ordering raw materials and PPE
• Act as the primary lead for calling in 811 dig tickets and resolving issues with locating companies professionally
• Interface daily with customers, City, State, and Customer representatives to coordinate work and resolve public concerns
• Obtain daily performance data from the field and provide accurate, timely progress reports to area leadership
• Ensure all customer-required paperwork and project recordkeeping are submitted accurately and on schedule
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
