Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction leaders in planning and managing the scheduling of natural gas service and main installations.

You will interface with customers daily and use Microsoft Project to keep activities on track. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in construction, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards across field sites and office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in construction industry.
• Technical savvy to quickly learn new systems.
• Understand basic accounting principles (journal entries, general ledger).
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage scheduling for natural gas service renewals, main repairs and joint work.
• Interface with customers daily to coordinate all aspects of work.
• Utilize Microsoft Project software for scheduling.
• Verify utility marking completion and interface with locating companies to resolve issues.
• Perform tracking and recordkeeping tasks as directed by management.
• Report public and business concerns to supervisors.
• Coordinate job-site meetings with City, State and customer representatives.
• Assist crews with equipment, material, or supply needs and deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
