Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 10-hour certification required at hire or within 90 days.
• 3 years experience in utilities, telecommunications, civil construction, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and medical card evaluation.
• Knowledge of basic construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs general labor duties in support of gas line construction operations.
• Assists with installation, maintenance, and repair of utility infrastructure.
• Digging, trenching, shoveling, loading/unloading materials, setting structures, site cleanup.
• Follows Foreman or Site Supervisor directions to support daily project activities.
• Operates hand tools and equipment in accordance with policies and OSHA standards.
• Maintains timesheets and daily work records; drives to job sites.
