Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Foreman I to lead field crews, ensure safe work practices, and maintain high-quality workmanship on utility projects in Colorado. You will supervise daily operations, review time and material records, and ensure compliance with Xcel Gas contracts and company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of utility construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in a utility construction role.
• Must pass MVR and a DOT-regulated physical, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License within two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership over field crews to ensure safe working environment and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate time and material coordination sheets from the field crews.
• Verify transactions comply with contract standards and company policies.
• Update crew schedules and communicate with Supervisors.
• Process client job packets and coordinate material releases for projects.
• Monitor invoices against projects for proper billing.
• Maintain organized document retention and scheduling records.
• Gamble in the coordination and delivery of client notification letters and permits.
