Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• 3-5 years' experience in a utility construction role.
• Experience working with underground utilities desired.
• CDL A license is required.
• Possession of a valid State Driver's License within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and ensure a safe, quality workmanship.
• Maintain and update crew schedules and records.
• Coordinate with permit technicians and material releases.
• Ensure compliance with Xcel Gas contracts and company policies.
• Schedule inspections for safety and equipment, and manage vendor rentals.
• Maintain documentation and respond to inquiries from internal teams.
