Job summary

ECI in Spirit Lake, IA is seeking a site supervisor to lead construction crews on underground utility projects. You will direct daily activities, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with supervisors across crews to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery at multiple local sites.

The role requires 5+ years in the gas industry, strong leadership and communication skills, willingness to travel, and flexibility for outdoor work in varying weather. CDL is preferred, and a Fed/Med card is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the gas industry.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain safety standards.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel with home time on weekends.
• CDL preferred; Fed/Med Card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to crew members.
• Communicate job expectations, work plans, and safety requirements clearly and consistently.
• Support and guide crew members to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
• Monitor job site activities and address issues or questions as they arise.
• Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other crews as needed.
