The role requires underground utilities experience, 2+ years in utility construction, and a hands-on leader who can coordinate on-call rotations, drive production, and train field staff.

Qualifications

• Must have Underground utilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of all field employees to maximize daily production.
• Uphold business goals to achieve long-term initiatives.
• Meet customer project deadlines and manage the job lifecycle from start to finish.
• Take on-call line rotation and provide live response to customers; dispatch crews.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and administer disciplinary action when required.
• Evaluate and implement ways to improve procedures and maximize production.
• Assist training of field employees and communicate with management about training support.
• Review daily production sheets and assist with final billing.
• Troubleshoot operation problems and issues.
• Locate, measure, and mark site locations using measuring devices and prints.
• Ensure adherence to safety requirements on all job sites.
• Represent the company on the jobsite.
• Other duties as assigned.
