Job summary

Seconnections in Lebanon, TN seeks an Equipment Operator for Natural Gas Distribution. You will operate backhoes, excavators and trenchers to install or maintain underground gas lines, while coordinating with foremen and public contacts.

The role requires physical ability, a strong work ethic, and teamwork to ensure safety and efficiency on each project. CDL eligibility and native gas construction experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Education (Preferred): High school diploma or GED.
• Experience (Required): 3 years prior operating experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a CDL.
• Gas construction experience.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe, excavator, vibratory or static plows, trenchers or directional bore machines in installation, removal or maintenance of underground utilities and pipe installations.
• Load material or equipment for transport from yard to job site and secure as appropriate.
• Place, remove or maintain underground utilities as directed.
• Secure work site, equipment and materials at end of shift for safety.
