Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL (Class A) preferred; willingness to travel.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work site to locate utilities and reduce hazards.
• Signal operators to assist with equipment movement.
• Load, unload and transport materials and tools.
• Configure pipe routes and assemble gas piping.
• Follow safety standards during digging, trenching and sealing.
• Ensure pipes are aligned using grade rods or transit levels.

Skills

Must be willing to travel

Bend/kneel/stand/walk long periods

Lift/push/pull 50 pounds regularly

Strong organizational skills

Experience installing gas mains and FO

Education

High School Diploma/Equivalent

Education in Gas and Utilities Construction preferred

Class A CDL preferred
