Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a skilled Gas Turbine Engine Mechanic to join our team. In this 2nd shift role, you will disassemble and repair gas turbine engines, fabricate parts, and ensure components meet tight tolerances. Overtime may be required to meet operational needs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent; an A&P license is a plus, and 3–5 years of experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A&P license (Airframe & Powerplant) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a gas turbine engine mechanic is ideal.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and repair gas turbine engines and reassemble for peak performance.
• Repair and fabricate engine parts with precision using various techniques.
• Replace worn components and ensure tight tolerances during repair.
• Troubleshoot engine module discrepancies and verify tooling calibration.
