Job summary

Quest Global is seeking experienced Control System Engineers in the United States to lead gas turbine control projects, including control logic design, sequencing, interlocks, and protection logic. You will work on DCS/PLC platforms and support commissioning, testing, and startup activities across global teams.

Applicants should have hands-on turbine controls experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with GE Mark VIe or equivalent platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in logic development and turbine process control.
• Experience with gas turbine controls in industrial or power generation environments.
• Experience with control logic design, sequencing, interlocks, protection logic, testing, validation, and commissioning support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify control logic and sequencing for gas turbine control systems.
• Develop interlocks, permissives, alarms, trips, and protection logic.
• Work on control loops, logic testing, and functional validation.
• Review control philosophy, P&IDs, signal lists, and other engineering documents.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies before software implementation.
• Support software testing, FAT, SAT, SWAT, and commissioning activities.
• Support startup, commissioning, remote troubleshooting, and issue resolution with engineering and site teams.
• Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and internal engineering teams for requirements clarification and execution.
