The role requires 7+ years in gas‑treating equipment fabrication, 2+ years in management, and strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of management experience, including manufacturing leadership.
• Minimum 7 years in gas‑treating equipment fabrication (amine treating, glycol dehydration, and natural gas stabilization).
• Proven ability to lead teams with focus on safety, operational effectiveness, and risk reduction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality control teams to meet project requirements.
• Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead and mentor fabrication teams to deliver gas‑processing vessels safely and efficiently.
