Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer with 7–10 years of gas transmission experience to lead capital projects from development through construction and commissioning.

The role involves technical oversight for regional maintenance capital projects, coordinating with operations, engineering, and field teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective projects. Travel about 25% is expected.

Qualifications

This role requires 7–10 years of gas transmission or related industry experience.
Strong project management and coordination across operations, engineering, and field teams.
Solid written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and provide technical oversight for multiple gas transmission capital projects.
Coordinate with Area Operations and Engineering staff to optimize facilities and reliability.
Support cost estimating, budgeting, material specs, bid packages, and contractor selection.
Provide technical support during construction and on-site commissioning.
Identify and manage risks, exposures, opportunities, and execution challenges.
Develop project status reports and communicate with management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with outside agencies and regulatory bodies on development, filings and reporting.
Develop execution strategies and assess contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, DOT, EPA, SOPs, and O&M requirements.
Travel approximately 25% to support project activities.
