Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in underground natural gas storage, reservoir engineering, or the regulated gas industry
• Knowledge of reservoir engineering principles and forecasting basics
• Ability to analyze data and propose technical solutions with guidance
• Understanding of well operations (wellbore to downhole) and logging concepts
• Commitment to safety and PHMSA drug testing requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute operating and maintenance activities for gas storage assets per API 1170/1171 standards
• Collaborate with SMEs to meet deliverability, injectivity, and reliability targets
• Identify and mitigate well integrity threats; perform risk assessments
• Support regulatory interactions and maintain data systems (Gas Storage Database, Well Risk Matrix, Logging Schedules, Well Files)
