Walmart and Sam's Club in Madison Heights, MI are seeking a Member Services Associate who explains Membership types and benefits, assists with purchasing decisions, and promotes Sam's Club products while delivering friendly service.

You will maintain gas station and car wash areas, stock merchandise, operate registers, handle returns, and ensure pricing signage is accurate; you’ll resolve Member issues and contribute to a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments.
