You will explain membership types and benefits to current and prospective Members to help with account decisions, promote value of Sam’s Club products and services, and support credit card program information and application processes. You will assist customers with purchases, locate items, resolve issues, maintain gas station and car wash areas, stock merchandise, operate cash registers, and ensure a safe, clean

Responsibilities

• Explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions and promote value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provide Customer/Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain the Gas Station and Car Wash area and pricing signage, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies, organize the facility, and complete required paperwork and logs.
• Operate cash registers and process customer purchases, handling different payment types and items sold.
• Perform duties at the Gas Station/Car Wash area and adhere to company policies and procedures.
