Responsibilities

• Explain membership types and benefits to members to assist with decisions.
• Provide customer/member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain the car wash and gas station area by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage.
• Maintain gas station/car wash area per policies; handle claims & returns; organize merchandise and supplies; identify shrink and damages; ensure safety.
• Operate cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types.
• Operate and maintain gas station and car wash area equipment and provide products and services per company policies.
