• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs and benefits to Members to assist with decisions and renewals
• Provides CustomerMember service by addressing needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise and resolving issues
• Maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area with proper signs, cleanliness and safety
• Operates cash registers and processes purchases with various payment methods
• Supports benefits and rewards messaging and promotes products and services to Members
