Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and renewal.
• Provides customer service by identifying customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the store and ensuring pricing signage.
• Operates cash register and processes purchases with different payment types.
• Maintains gas station and car wash areas following company policies and procedures.
