Job summary

Sam's Club in Concord, NH is hiring for a full-time associate to assist Members with memberships, products, and services. You will support purchasing decisions, operate registers, stock merchandise, and maintain the gas station/car wash areas in a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and promote value of Sam's Club products and services
• Provides Customer Members service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
• Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash, gas station area, and ensuring accurate pricing signage
• Maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area in accordance with policies by handling claims, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring safety
• Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies, follows procedures, uses equipment properly, and completes required paperwork and logs
• Operates cash registers and related tools to process purchases and handle different payment types
• Operates Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides products and services per policies
• Live Better U and benefits programs offered to associates, including health, financial, and time-off benefits
