Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring to deliver exceptional service to Members in a fast-paced retail environment. You will explain Membership options, assist with purchases, and promote Walmart-affiliated products and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining gas station and car wash areas, stocking merchandise, and processing transactions with accuracy while ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Communicates Membership types, programs and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and promote value
• Provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues while maintaining a safe shopping environment
• Maintains the Gas Station and Car Wash area, including pricing signage and cleanliness
• Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies, organizes the facility, and completes required paperwork and logs
• Operates cash registers and processes purchases using the appropriate payment methods
