Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with decisions and renewals.
• Provides CustomerMember service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash and gas station area and ensuring pricing signage.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and supplies and organizes the facility following company procedures, equipment use, and documentation.
• Operates cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types.
• Operates Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides products and services in line with company policies.
