Responsibilities

• Explain membership types and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and renewals.
• Provide Customer/Members service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and pricing signage in gas station and car wash areas.
• Operate gas station and car wash equipment and handle returns and claims per company policies.
• Process customer purchases at cash registers and with different payment types.
