Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a gas station/retail role at our Manchester location. The role focuses on operating and ensuring safety of the gas station facility, assisting customers, maintaining product levels, and keeping the area clean and orderly.

Responsibilities include scheduling work, supervising team members, stock replenishment, pricing adjustments, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members.
• Resupply island items and manage stock (oil, window washer solution, paper towels).
• Collect and bag all trash from the island.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform snow removal of the island.
• Help customers and complete transactions.
