Job summary

You will supervise and train team members, enter orders, and respond to safety concerns, all while upholding company policies and attendance standards. The position emphasizes teamwork and reliable customer support.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and secure gas station facilities safely.
• Assist customers and complete transactions.
• Enter orders, schedule and supervise work, and train team members as needed.
• Resupply and maintain cleanliness of the gas station island and surrounding area.
• Respond to emergencies or safety concerns within the gas station area.
