• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, check dates, adjust pricing, and perform department tasks as needed
• Resupply island items, move cartons of oil, stock racks, and refill supplies
• Collect and bag all trash from the island
• Maintain cleanliness and snow removal of the island
• Help customers and complete transactions
