Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science or related field; typically six years of related experience for non-degree candidates.
• Six years of experience in systems analysis or software application development.
• Knowledge of client/server, mainframe or web development environments and relational database technology.
• Effective oral and written communication and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test, and implement moderately complex applications and interfaces.
• Provide technical input for project planning and guidance to other analysts.
• Research and evaluate strategies, programs, and processes across corporate functions.
• Assist in vendor reviews and integration of COTS solutions within controlled change and release environments.
