Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee multiple large natural gas projects, ensuring schedule, budget, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality controls are met. You will mentor staff, lead meetings, and support strategic growth for the Business Unit under leadership guidance.

You will identify resource needs, assist with proposals, participate in sales calls, and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating across Business Units to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a utility industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing/leading engineering projects in a utility industry or engineering consulting firm as a senior project engineer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large natural gas projects concurrently while ensuring schedule, budget, profitability, client relationship and quality control metrics are met.
• Lead and mentor team members, conduct team meetings, address performance and training needs.
• Forecast fee revenue monthly and support strategic growth plans for the Business Unit and company.
• Identify resource needs, help identify key talent, prepare proposals, participate in sales calls and client presentations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate across Business Units.
