Job summary

Robertshaw, a global design, engineering, and manufacturing company, is seeking a Product Manager in Itasca, IL to own the strategy, development, commercialization, and performance of an assigned product portfolio.

The role drives profitable growth from product development through launch, working with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and customers to meet revenue and profit objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales, Business Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and market strategies based on customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities for the gas product line.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the company strategy.
• Lead products through development, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Develop go-to-market plans including positioning, channels, pricing, and value propositions.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on product launches and communications.
• Manage portfolio performance including sales, margin, forecasts, and business plans.
