Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or 21 accounting hours with business degree.

• Experience with Excel and ERP/trading systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm monthly AR/AP invoices and resolve discrepancies with customers/vendors.
• Reconcile settlements and ensure timely payments per contracts.
• Prepare journal entries per GAAP and assist in audits.
• Collaborate with finance analysis for balance sheet and margin tie-outs.
• Support testing for new trade system implementations and document procedures.
