This opportunity is with Charleston Electric in Summerville, SC. The Gas Pipefitter is a highly motivated individual who has the experience necessary to perform the gas and plumbing lines of generator installations to the highest industry standards in homes and businesses throughout our target market.

What you’ll do:

• Run gas lines for Natural gas & LP systems ranging between ½” to 2” pipe
• Installation of electrical lines and conduits to facilitate generator installation
• Work as part of the generator installation team

What you’ll bring:

• 1-3 years of gas line installation experience
• Residential or generator experience is a plus
• Generator/Generac certification is a plus, but not required
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and service manual
• High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
