Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of utility industry, gas operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives in operations per DOT, State, and company standards.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and develop front-line staff in construction, maintenance, appliance repair, and admin support.
• Manage employee and labor relations with HR support.
• Oversee regulated/mandated work completion.
• Respond to customer requests and provide top-tier service.
• Engage in community relations and sponsor continuous improvement.
• Make daily decisions affecting capital and maintenance programs, including contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
