Job summary

TC Energy Corp. is seeking a Student Intern to support operational assurance and continuous improvement across the U.S. Gas footprint.

This role offers hands-on experience in data analytics, risk management, quality assurance, and change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work full-time for the May–August 2027 term in a hybrid environment, gaining exposure to Power BI, data analysis and performance measurement to help enhance safety and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited undergrad program in engineering, data analytics, business or related field.
• Completed at least one academic term prior to May 2027 and returning to full-time studies after term.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during May–August 2027.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess safety and operational risks through data collection and analysis.
• Analyze data trends to support risk reduction and operational improvement recommendations.
• Prepare business cases, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support change management plan development and implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders to support improvement initiatives and sustainability.
• Evaluate post-implementation effectiveness and value achievement.
• Provide assurance on data quality and reporting of key metrics using Power BI.
• Maintain safety, quality and ethical standards in operations.
