Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience in Gas Distribution, Operations, and/or Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a field providing advanced analytical education required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Good working knowledge of all operations-related equipment.
• Demonstrated skill in presenting information in a concise, economical-based manner.

Responsibilities

• Network Design: Designing gas distribution systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure to meet capacity and safety requirements.
• Capacity Assessment: Analyzing current and future gas demand to ensure that network can deliver gas without interruptions or bottlenecks.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all gas systems meet regulatory safety standards and coordinating with relevant authorities for compliance.
• Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of gas distribution networks.
• Environmental Impact: Assessing the environmental impact of gas systems and recommending measures to reduce carbon footprint.
• Simulation and Modeling: Utilizing Synergi to predict the behavior of gas systems under different conditions.
• Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, including emergency response plans.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, sales, gas supply, and engineering to ensure the safe operations of gas systems.
