Job summary

Alliant Gas, a Pinnacle Propane company, is seeking a Meter Reader in Payson, AZ. The role involves reading meters for various customers, recording readings for billing, and upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will operate company vehicles, maintain equipment, and interact with customers to ensure accurate data and quality service. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Basic math skills for recordings and billing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Read gas meters for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Record readings for billing purposes.
• Identify and report safety and encroachment issues.
• Operate service vehicles in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain vehicles and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Complete work orders and related documentation.
