Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a senior supervisor to lead the natural gas measurement team in our Marana, AZ region. You will oversee gas measurement programs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage staff and budgets to meet division goals.

The successful candidate will bring 7+ years of measurement experience, strong engineering knowledge, and proven leadership in field operations. Travel and occasional remote work requirements may apply depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of natural gas measurement experience.
• In-depth knowledge of pipeline operations, project management, risk management concepts, engineering principles, and DOT Part 192 regulations.
• Understanding of cost/benefit analysis, financial forecasting techniques, and budget development.
• Mastery of current AGA and GPA standards and guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises measurement program, staff, and budget to achieve division and corporate goals; plans projects and assigns accountability.
• Conducts midyear and annual performance evaluations.
• Participates in selection/promotion, salary changes, and disciplinary matters.
• Provides training and leadership to measurement technicians.
• Oversees capital and maintenance budgets based on staffing and resource requirements.
