Job summary

CenterPoint Energy is seeking an Associate Marketing Consultant to join the Louisiana & Mississippi Gas Team, located in Bogalusa, LA. The role reports out of Bogalusa and serves both territories in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include building relationships with developers and civic leaders, presenting to trade groups, and preparing financial analyses for new customers. The position emphasizes collaboration with Operations and external stakeholders to promote gas technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or five (5) years of gas field operations experience.
• Five (5) years of gas operations field experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a network of relationships with developers, builders, architects, engineers, and officials to build customer loyalty.
• Engage in activities and speaking engagements at trade and business associations and civic groups.
• Prepare financial analyses to evaluate feasibility and cost for adding customers.
• Monitor construction and serve as liaison between customer and Operations for timely completion.
• Coordinate and prepare customer proposals and invoices for contributions in aid of construction.
