Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of gas piping and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to read maps, blueprints, and logs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain company vehicle and operate hand tools.
• Assist with pipeline locating and line locating procedures.
• Turn gas service off, remove meters, install ERTs.
• Read meters and record data with handheld devices.
• Maintain reports: mileage, time sheets, logs.
• Respond to line locate emergencies.
• Inspect and calibrate tools and equipment.
• Patrol and maintain pipeline markers.
